ダーラムのアパート

「They took my money never gave me a room very unacceptable I will never go there again」

「Unfortunately, the bed slats were broken, which was mentioned by a previous renter but wasn’t addressed, hence my son had a terrible nights sleep. Clean the baseboards in the bathroom too… I could go on ….」

「Good location and comfortable apt.」

「Great space and great location!」

「Great stay!」

「Exactly what we needed for our weekend in Durham. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Clean. Perfect for our needs. Bathtub was deep!! Nice neighborhood. Conveniently located.」

「Great location. Unique building and units.」

「It.was.om close proximity to.DPAC!」

「Very clean, easy check-in, convenient to everything downtown.」

「Perfect place for a weekend get away」

「This is a very clean, rather stark property with the basics. Not cozy or homelike, but it serves it's purpose. The owners were very responsive & nice when we needed more dishes or other kitchen basics. Street noise is an issue, busy main street near stop light, fire, police & ambulance sirens day & nite. Use the sound machine they provide, bring earplugs. Good for a college student.student」

「Great location, walkable to downtown, 20 mins. Would have appreciated some coffee filters for making coffee but other than that a great rental!」

「This stay was great for my overnight stay in Durham for work. 」

「The apartment is functional, but no effort was made to make it comfortable. The pictures posted aren't accurate. The couch is old, lumpy, and dirty. No rugs, no pillows, just an old coffee table. There were a lot of little annoyances, no toilet paper, broken toilet paper holder, the sheets and towels seemed clean, but were all stained and old.The rug in the bathroom was gross, stained, old, and dirty. The bathtub doesn't drain so you're standing in water.Unfortunately there's zero sound barrier....

「We were in Durham for a show at DPAC. Pros: Very convenient (walking distance). Secure building w/convenient parking. Easy check-in and good communication. Plenty of room w/good WiFi. Cons: The unit is scruffy - cabinets, counters, furnishings are showing their age and (for the price) could use to be updated. The unit had thick layers of dust on light fixtures & furnishings. We shared this w/the management company, who offered to clean while we were there but I didn't want all that dust loose in...

「My stay here was excellent. I enjoyed the peace and quie, which made it a great place to work remotely. I appreciated having everything I needed... dishes and silverware, washingmachine, coffee and coffee pot. The neighborhood is beautiful and a wonderful place for morning walks. I would definitely reserve this unit again when I visit Durham.」

「Nice place to stay.」
