"I gave my feedback already on the check in portion so long story short if your just passing through and only need to catch a few hrs of shut eye that’s all one should do. From the smell, look of the property and room I’ll never stay again. I only kept my reservation because we weren’t going to be in the room a lot, basically just to sleep. All places need to have surprise check-ins by the companies that allow them to be offered on their sites for travelers. This would stop a lot of false and outdated advertisement."

"Staff is very rude,especially the head maintenance woman. She proceeded to yell at me for having the door open to the pool room yet she allowed one of her friends from Grandin to sneak in and use it the night before. I guess if u enjoy being yelled at by a grown adult for leaving a door open that doesnt have any signs stating it cannot be left open then feel free to get a hotel here."
