As a result of following the host's instructions, I arrived to an empty room with no linens, towels, a chair as in the photograph, or other basic supplies a traveler needs. "Good location. Place is reasonable and spacious. Plenty of amenities but coffee machine does not work. Beds are uncomfortable. Shower is good with spacious bathroom. Key pick up and drop off is a 15 minute walk away. Need to drop rubbish at a nearby dumpster that is difficult to find as instructions are very unclear. Received constant messages about checking out by 10am. "

"We booked the property because we had a party of 8 and their apartments accommodated our party size. The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived. There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. We requested clean towels on our third day and even though we were told they’d be sent up, we never received them. The space of the apartment for our party size was great, but there wasn’t much within walking distance in terms of food or grocery...
