Check in and check out was seamless. Rooms were clean and well maintained. All amenities were great. Baggage assistance (Porter Services) were quite slow for bringing luggage to and from the room. Tea and coffee were provided in the room but no milk or creamer.

Whilst the room was a little tired (the shower was in the bath and some of the furniture was marked, with drawers not operating properly) it was okay. Cleaning was good and breakfast was excellent.
