ダウンタウン・ウォールナットクリーク ホテル

「There was a piece of furniture in the room that combined a chair and a table, and it was in the way. My child hit their foot on it, and their little toenail was torn off. I do not think it was safe. In addition, the ice machine was not working. At check-in, there was no explanation about breakfast or parking. The extra bed did not come with a blanket, although one was brought to us after we contacted the staff.」

「対応はよろしいです。以前あったシャトルサービスがなくなったのは残念でした。」

「Clean room」

「The facility was new and clean, so was the room. However, almost everything served for breakfast was brown. If you are health conscious, I wouldn’t recommend having breakfast there.」

「Stayed was for a work trip. Room was clean spacious comfortable and enjoyable.」

「The breakfast needed to be elevated. The gym is missing weights. Rooms were nice and spacious. Bed was cozy. Walk in Closet was helpful to dress when others in room. Overall, I definitely would recommend and go there again.」
