「While the staff was helpful in securing adjoining rooms for us, the overall experience was marred by a lack of attention to detail. While the room was generally clean, the bathroom was clearly in need of a deep, professional scrub. The biggest issue, however, was the breakfast. It did not meet brand standards in the slightest. 「Everything was perfectly 」

「While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...
