"I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Zürich Hotel. Everything about the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities in the room were excellent. The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was organized and high quality. "Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Bathroom smelled like pee and shower curtain was not clean "

"Ultra-boutique hotel very close to the train station. It was a fantastic area with lots of food options nearby. The bed was very cozy and warm. I had an issue with my room and the staff came immediately to help, even though I checked in rather late and resolved it right away. "

"I wish the had better toiletries for the shower. The shower also tended to exceed the limits and spread water on the floor. We had to be careful in that respect, and wasted a lot of towels to keep it contained. Otherwise the room was comfy. We had a balcony which was sweet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating."
