The hotel thought of every little detail. On arrival, one could have a cool drink. In the room they had all sort of things to make tea or coffee. there was a bathrobe, slippers. great towels. the bed was very comfortable Even in the hallway comming of the lift, were always apples waiting for you \Location is very good. We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Switzerland trip. We arrived around 11 am and we were able to check in early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc but it also wasn’t loud at night as we slept with the window opened every night. Great to have a tram stop right in front, but also was an easy and beautiful walk over the footbridge crossing the Limmat and through the Platzspitz park to the Hauptbahnhof.
