We stayed here on two occasions, once upon flying into Zurich and, again, approximately two weeks later the night before we flew out. In both instances, the air conditioning in our room did not work. The first time, we called the front desk and they advised that, even though there was a thermostat within our room, that only the front desk could "set the temperature." We were assured that it would be lowered. It never was, prompting us to call back, at which time they informed us that they were going to change our room because the A/C unit was, actually, not working at all. They changed our room, but the A/C did not appear to be working in the new room either. At this point, it was so late, we just dealt with it.
On our second stay at the Radisson Airport property, we had the same issue. We turned down the thermostat, but the room temperature did not change. In fact, there did not seem to be air coming from the A/C at all. We called reception and, again, they assured us that they had the ability to "set the temperature" from the front desk and that they would lower the temperature. Same story - the room never got colder and we did not sleep well once during either of our stays at this property.
Obviously, the Raddison prioritizes its utility bills over the comfort of its guests. For this reason, any person from a developed country accustomed to any sort of interior air circulation will not be comfortable at this property.
