無人チェックインの施設でチェックイン時刻には厳格です。アーリーチェックインをする場合追加料金を請求されます。タオルですが、バスタオルはあるものの、フェイスタオルはないので、必要な場合持参をお勧めします。

Neu renoviertes Hotel. Es ist einfach, es gibt keine Rezeption und kein Frühstück, sondern Check-in per Automat. Fußläufig bis zum Bahnhof, in unmittelbar Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bäcker. Der Preis ist sicher für Zürich akzeptabel, aber ansonsten natürlich irre hoch für ein 2 Sterne Self Service Hotel.

Overall, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is in good location. There are lots of restaurants around, the nearest tram stop is just 2 mins away, and the main train station and city centre is just about 5-10 mins walk. It is self-check in which is actually pretty straight forward. You can call the number provided in the lobby if you need assistance but make sure you have call credits for Switzerland, hehe. The only downside is that there is no air-conditioning which we needed since our visit is during summer, though they provided a mini fan but still a bit hot - gets a little bit cooler during the night though. There are no cabinets for your things/clothes as well.

Da kein Mensch vor Ort war, konnte das Einchecken nur mühsam vonstatten gehen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Preis ist angemessen. Kann das Hotel also ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Location was close to rail station, checking in was a myriad of computer work, no personnel to assist as there were a few people in front of me trying to work out how to check in, the cost was overpriced, the A/C unit was noisy and didn't want to blow cold so had to get a fan from the hallway communication between myself and owner was lowsy, personally I won't be staying there again.

Room wasn't the same as the booking form and being on the roof level was very warm and uncomfortable 🥵

Es ist eine gute Unterkunft Nähe des Bahnhof von Zürich. Es war sehr sauber und der Check In verlief einfach und praktisch. Self Check in und man hatte die Möglichkeit seine Koffer in den Schließfächern kostenlos zu verstauen. Also zu Fuß erreichbar überall, Nähe des Bahnhofs, gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Zimmer ist sauber. Also wer ein sauberes Hotel, Nähe des Bahnhofes und praktisches Hotel sucht ist hier richtig!

I booked this property because it had a lift. We are travelling with folding bikes and need to store them in our room. The lift only goes to level 4 and our room was on level 5. That is the only detracting feature of this property

The property had an easy check in system, the room was clean, it would have been nice if it had air conditioning. The bed was nice, it was a little odd having the toilet and shower sharing a small space together not being separate, but it worked. For the price we paid a bigger room would have been nice. Close to train station if that is way you are traveling and close to many sights and shopping.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. While the location was excellent and the place was overall clean, there were several disappointing aspects of my stay. First, I was surprised to learn about a €25 housekeeping fee that wasn’t communicated upfront. When I requested just two clean towels, I was told it would cost €25 — which felt excessive for such a basic request. Additionally, the sink in my room wasn’t draining properly. I reported the issue on the first day, but it was never resolved during my entire stay. The hotel also appears to lack proper air conditioning. My initial room was uncomfortably hot. When I brought this up, they moved me to another room that had AC and a fan, which I appreciated — but it’s something that should have been clarified earlier. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were good, the unexpected fees, poor maintenance, and unclear amenities made the experience less than ideal.

The property does not have air-conditioning. That should be a highlight in the summertime and by Expedia. Expedia really dropped the ball on this deal
