The space
Entire house with one bedroom. Fully furnished kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub and shower. Outdoor shower. One double height queen size luxury air bed (stored in the garage cabinet). One comfortable couch that sleeps one person. Bedding for all extra beds are at the foot of the bed or in the closet. Garage with pool table and other outdoor games and activities. Washer and dryer in garage. Outdoor seating and dining with fire pit. Outdoor heaters are available upon request. Large front,side and back yard.
Guest access
This property does not have a fenced property line, so please stay in the well mowed areas or around the pond so as to be sure you are within the property bounds. There is a Farm to Market Road out front and a small pond out back.
Other things to note
There is one neighbor to the East. We ask that you respect them and their property and stay within the well mowed areas of this Vrbo rental property. There are no neighbors to the West, North or South. We have chosen not to have fences so as to enjoy the beautiful meadows and country scenery. So please, no loud parties and NO Pets. Thank you for your consideration and respect.

Splendid accommodations

Hostess Jenny goes above and beyond to keep you comfortable and stress-free. We had an extended stay, but she made arrangements with us to clean the house during our stay to make sure we were getting the best of care. We have stayed here 3-4 times and will continue to make it our home-away-from-home!

This property is absolutely lovely, it’s clean , it’s cozy, the outside area is fantastic My only concern is the bed was a little hard for my liking, but other than that we loved it , I would stay again
