"We had a very good welcome and the rooms were a very good size. Beds are very comfy. They staff was very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The food we ate there was very nice. The location is not far from the shops and the tower. Would recommend it, plus I would go back there. "

Fridge in room was a nice surprise and air con was fantastic. Breakfast was very good too. Overall we had a great stay, felt impressed and that it was excellent value for money. "Nice hotel, easy check-in and easy access to the beaches and other attraction areas with bus and tram, which the kids love, and a good environment to stay for a large family. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. We were so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. Our stay was perfect."

"Internet was spotty, rooms look brand new but small, very clean, daily cleaning, not happy about having to pay £10 per dsy for parking at the hotel the cost should be in with the price of your stay and apparently because i booked through holiday. Com or any other 3rd party hotel charges £50 per night upto a maximum of £150, for damages which is ring fenced and returned when you leave, i don't know how many days it takes to appear back in my account, which actually put a damper on my break as i was relying on that money. Booking through booking. Com wasn't the problem but i never saw anything when booking regarding car parking charges or damage charges. "

"The hotel was very grand. Nice and comfortable furniture. Having to pay for a meal in the evening was a bit expensive and the same menu each night. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast and evening meal were very nice and weren't too filling which is good."
