「Nice property, nice staff. Beach amenities are really nice. Minor complaints: there is no full length mirror in the room. When we had our room cleaned, they gave us clean bath towels but did not replace any hand towels or washcloths, they also did not take the dirty coffee cups and glasses, they were left (clearly dirty) next to the coffee maker, and did not give us cleans ones. There seems to only be 1 icemaker in the hotel available for guests. It was on the third floor. Kind of an...

「Time of room cleaning was not consistent. It makes the stay more pleasant when you know you can come back to a clean room at a reasonable time. 」

「The location was wonderful. There was plenty of parking and staff were very friendly. Accommodations met all of our needs and the rooms are very spacious.」

「Our ocean view was spectacular. The room was newly renovated and the air conditioner was frigid. The outside pool was big and relatively warm. There were too many babies and kids in the hot tub. The fire pit was wonderful. The Italian restaurant was delicious!」

「This place is nice, right across the street from the OC outlets, everything around you, the location is great. If you want to go to the beach you'll need to drive or I guess a bus? 」

「Really nice place to stay. Spotlessly clean rooms. Friendly staff. The pools and spa, while shallow are very nice. Food options nearby are fantastic. Only negatives are the towels dont feel great and the elevator might aswell be ignored due to it being slow and packed 24/7. Great deal, will definitely be back. 」
