「I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...

「The location was perfect- close to everything but still quiet. It’s a nice neighborhood to walk the dog. Host had great communication and let us check in early. We loved sitting on the porch when we weren’t out. 」

「The specific room was definitely updated recently. The view from the bedroom and balcony is very nice. The outdoor furniture was nice! The room was clean and the beds/couch were comfortable. The property itself was clean and staff was friendly. Though the indoor pool/hottub was nice we were not impressed by it. I would recommend it for the price we paid. Loved the decor inside the room too!」
