「This is the greatest place to come for vacation or 1 night stay.」

「A map of the hotel would have been helpful. It was like a maze. Our phone didn't work and no info of amneties. Loading and unloading luggage was challenging as there was not ALot of space. Luggage carts were few and far between. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. An ID needed at the bar regardless of age but at pool most people don't think to bring one down.」

「Breakfast was great, assuming you can find somewhere to sit. Bar was under renovation and no one said we would be across the street at the annex hotel, where there is no staff, except housekeeping, you have to cross the street to have breakfast and good luck finding a seat! We had to go on a hunt to find an ice machine since the one on our floor didn't exist, parking absolutely was awful, our "city view" was of a barren parking lot and a very tired rooftop. Oh and lets not forget tge bathroom...

「This place was good since the rooms were fully equipped with everything a person may need. But the smell of the place was horrible, it starts at the entry of the hotel alll the way around the property. We couldn’t stand it. Someone has to change the over all scent of the place, it is stinky. The small eating area,dinning staff was good but the food wasn’t. And the smell of the place spoils everything. 」

「Everything very well they clean every day the view very Beautiful since I stayed in the part that is in front of the beach only They must put their towels separate from the one of the hotel since they can get confused, in my case they took my toweI imagine it was due to confusion because it was where they put theirs but everything else very well.」

「Great room. Very clean when arrived. Front desk staff very attentive and responsive. Housekeeping did not do much and failed to show up. HVAC condenser very loud - maintenance tried to fix but couldn't do much. Restaurant was good but understaffed. Love the cookies!!!」

「Room - very clean and have kitchen Pool - indoor pool with slide was very good for kids. Outdoor pool and plash park was not open during the spring of 2026. Movie theater - every night is a movie night and the theater has a very good recliner sofa seat. The resort itself is located in very prime location, there is an outlet mall just in front of the resort and there are many restaurants close by. Also beach and broad walk is just 5 mins drive. 」

「Air conditioner didn’t work, poor water pressure in the shower, and only decaffeinated coffee available in the room. 」

「Really like this place , definitely recommend, have great parking, amazing views, great access to the beach. 」

「The room wasn’t dirty but everything was broken. The heat did not work, the doorknobs were falling off, the balcony door did not lock, there was a big TV mount on the wall with no TV on it, the mini fridge froze and exploded all our drinks, etc. The staff were really talkative and kind, the beach view was partial obstructed as described but was absolutely fine! Parking was easy but they didn’t even ask if we wanted parking, they just automatically charged us for it and gave us a windshield tag....

「Leah, the front desk staff, was nothing short of amazing. She took great care of my family and me. It’s a beautiful place to visit with your family and furry friends. I’ll definitely be back again. The hotel was very clean and smelled amazing to have dogs allowed! Thank you Leah and staff… 」

「Everything was incredible from check in to check out. The indoor pool was great. The room was very spacious and beautiful. Requested extra towels and blankets and received them right away. The only reason for the 3 star on cleanliness is because one of the sheets had dried up food on it, there was a foot print on one of the bed sheets and one of the bath towels had dirt still in it. BUT those werent reasons to write home about. We didnt complain because, simply, it happens! The staff was 10...
