"White Horse and Ocean Pines is the perfect spot to be if you want away from the hustle of busy Ocean City. This home was perfect for my family. Everything you need to live comfortably while away from home. Our only complaint would be the air conditioning. If the temperature outside is above 85-90 the unit would average around 76-82 degrees, until the sun went down. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be looking to stay at another time."

"This was a magical, wonderful place to stay. It is a beautiful home with modern updates and wonderful gardens. The owner clearly has a green thumb and the plants and fountains inside and outside add to the peaceful, lovely energy. It is excellent for pets (there are two fenced areas for dogs), central to downtown Berlin while located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and very close to the National Seashore beaches. What a lovely spot. The host was friendly, communicative, easy-going, and very hospitable. It was a wonderful stay."

"(Honest feedback) Very spacious home, on the bay which was nice. Loved that my dog was allowed. The arrival/departure process was super easy. Property could use some work to feel more inviting but that's my own preference. The house was clean just a bit fun down. Blinds had holes, beds were very unstable and wiggly, the entrance door from garage to house wasn't accessible, and we were hesitant to use the washer/dryer so not sure if they worked. The weather was extremely HOT while we were there, and the air conditioners were phenomenal! Pretty close to the beach ocean city and walmart for food & such which were huge bonuses for us. It was located within a really nice residential area. The house had a beachy feel, yet a bit cramped in between houses! Quiet. Plenty of dish ware and utensils. Supplied paper towels and toilet paper but had to bring your own sheets/blankets/towels. The cookware could use an upgrade in my opinion but usable. Nice ramp to enter the house which could be useful for some. Overall, we would recommend this home for a short vacation. We did have a lot of fun! :-)"

"The rental was perfect for our needs. We loved our stay. The apartment was full of charm and character as well as being quaint and quiet. It is tastefully furnished and decorated and we found nothing we would change. It was perfect. Communications were great and having hosts who provided directions so we could open the garage door via our cell phone was the icing on the cake. Thank you Tom and Sandra for a wonderful stay. We plan to come back because we thoroughly enjoyed it."

"Great stay. The house has everything you will need and then some. The screened in porch was great for a crab feast and free beach parking pass was a nice ammenity. The host was very responsive and helpful. The couch needs an upgrade but other than that it was very comfortable!"
