Quality Inn Ocean City Beachfront

4/10 Poor

"Whole place needs a serious update. Microwave showed purchase date of April 2010, lots of large rust spots inside and rotator wasn't working. Got an Oceanfront room but there was no sliding screen to allow the breeze to blow through. Didn't open the door due to lots of gulls flying out front of the building and didn't want them in the room. There were other issues concerning housekeeping."

"Overall good little spot for some college kids. All 6 of us were 21+, and thought this was a good inexpensive place near beach. Our one bedroom did not lock and the bathroom sink leaked, which I messaged about. The bathroom door, I thought did not lock until some fanageling by locking it then pushing it closed. There is one designated parking spot at your cottage, but various guest parking near or at the front of the property. Laundry cost $3 per wash/dry. There is no oven, which is our fault for buying frozen food. Very clean though. It is a bit small for 6 people, which it is advertised “sleeps 6”, but since we’re all young, we made it work. Enough towels were provided. The AC and tv can kinda be confusing because the AC remote works for both the one in the living room and master bed. Then the tv remotes kinda tricky because there was one for the living room and master bed. The tv in the bunk bed did not have a remote, but I think one of the other remotes works for it because it would randomly be turned on, I assumed from other tvs being used (not sure at all and did not message about this). The screened in porch was very nice. Everything else provided was good and accurate to the listing."

"The room was clean and presentable. It had everything we needed. I like the affordable price. Our balcony was on the side so, we could see and enjoy the beach as we sat on it. I wish, that they could have had an outlet just for the lamp between the beds. The outlet was overloaded. The floor is clean and shiny but, slippery. I think the balcony could be painted to make it more presentable. All in all, we had a good time and will come again."
