Welcome to Brooklyn Estate and Cottage, a stunning 9-bedroom property tucked away on 3.5 acres in picturesque Berlin, MD. Blending modern comfort with a peaceful country setting, this home offers everything you need for a memorable family vacation, group retreat, golf trip, or special celebration. The property features two beautiful homes: The Estate, a 4,500 sq. foot 6-bed, 4.5 bath main house, and The Cottage, a quaint 3-bed, 1.5-bath guest house.

The 9 bedrooms in this stunning retreat provide a cozy and restful escape for everyone, ensuring privacy and comfort for large groups. Thoughtfully designed with a mix of king, queen, double, and bunk beds, each space is perfect for relaxing after a day of fun.

The main house features 6 spacious bedrooms. On the first floor, the expansive primary suite includes a king bed, fireplace, smartTV and massive en suite bathroom, offering a luxurious space to unwind. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms, including a second primary with a king bed and smartTV, a corner room with two queens, another with two double beds, and a final with a queen bed, Juliet balcony, and smartTV.

Lastly, the pool house offers a detached queen bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, available seasonally from March - November, as it is not winterized.

Next door, the 1930s-era cottage offers additional sleeping quarters, including three upstairs bedrooms — two with queen beds and smartTVs and one with a double-over-double bunk. Lastly, a cozy loft offers two twin beds and a surprise foosball table, making it perfect for families or kids.

☀︎ BATHROOMS ☀︎

Brooklyn Estate features 6 bathrooms - 4 full and 2 half - (plus a bonus pool house full bathroom!), ensuring plenty of space for everyone to refresh and unwind.

The main house offers 4.5 bathrooms. On the first floor, the massive primary en suite boasts a sprawling walk-in shower, and a double vanity for the ultimate spa-like experience. The half bathroom is also located on the first floor just off the living room. Upstairs, a jack-and-jill bathroom connects two bedrooms and features a shower/tub combo, perfect for bathing the little ones in your group. Another full bathroom offers just off the game room includes a walk-in stone shower. Additionally, there is a seasonal full-sized bathroom found in the pool house (not available in winter months), for extra summertime convenience!

The cottage offers 1.5 bathrooms. The half bath is located on the first floor and the full bath is located upstairs with a shower/tub combo in close proximity to the bedrooms.

We proudly stock the bathrooms with complimentary bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup towels and bath-time essentials!

NOTE: The jetted tub in the primary en-suite bathroom is currently under repair and is not available for use.

The kitchen is the heart of Brooklyn Estate’s main house, designed to bring everyone together for delicious meals and memorable moments. Featuring granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances, this well-equipped space makes cooking a breeze.

Whether you're preparing a big breakfast or a family style dinner, you'll find all the cookware, dinnerware, utensils and appliances needed. The kitchen includes a spacious island with a prep sink, a double oven gas range, a large stainless steel refrigerator, a built-in microwave and a dishwasher. The two large dining tables comfortably seat 16 people, with another 4 seats at the island counter.

The cottage also offers an additional stocked kitchen, as well as a dedicated 6-person dining room.

And of course, there’s coffee and tea! Start your mornings with our fully stocked caffeine station, offering both ground coffee and K-cup options, as well as a variety of premium teas.

☀︎ LIVING AREAS ☀︎

Step out of the sunshine and inside the main house to find an air conditioned living room full of natural light, two-story ceilings, a 65" mounted smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace with an immense brick facade. This bright, open-concept living room features two large couches, two stylish swivel chairs, and comfy throw pillows, guaranteed to provide an atmosphere of relaxation, connection and comfort. The Cottage also offers its own charming living room, featuring a smartTV and two brand new sofa.

For those 'work-from-home' moments, there is also a closed-door wood-paneled office that provides the perfect private working space.

In the upstairs game room, mix a few cocktails at the wet bar and challenge your loved ones to a friendly competition. In addition to the bar, this impressive memorabilia-clad room features a pool table, foosball table, chess table, 42" smart TV, Juliet balcony, and cozy banquette cushioned seating nook.

The outdoor space at Brooklyn Estate is truly unmatched, providing the perfect oasis for everyone in your group!

Spend your days lounging by the expansive private pool, which is flanked by 8 polywood sun loungers, stylish outdoor side tables, and chic pool umbrellas. Stroll past the patio lounger and enter into the hidden gem of the property - a rustic covered outdoor kitchen and dining area decked out with an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, prep sink, stainless steel refrigerator, and a beautiful white bistro table with seating for 12 — perfect for entertaining large groups!

For a more intimate setting, the cottage also offers a large outdoor patio with dining table for 6, a fire pit, hanging hammock chairs, a gas BBQ grill and hanging string lights for cozy ambiance.

NOTES:
-The pool is open seasonally May - October and is not heated.
-The pool house bedroom is only heated with a space heater and the bathroom is not winterized, so it is unavailable for use in winter months. Please be sure you’re okay with this if you plan on having guests stay in the pool house.
