「Hotel was not well kept and was not clean. Most of the staff we encountered were unfriendly. At theme park, staff was not friendly and in some cases inattentive, actually causing a safety concern on one of the kids rides. On the kids intermediate go kart track, staff member was chatting with someone at a nearby attraction and failed to move the track barrier after they started, so all the kids started pulling into the exit, meanwhile she wasn’t paying attention so they were bumping into...

「Property was beautiful. It was a little bear on the theme side, but I still enjoyed the vibe of been said the employees themselves weren’t extremely helpful.」

「The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The surroundings are very quiet and a great place to relax. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and although I made a mistake and did not have the shuttle to the airport booked correctly, one of the staff quickly arranged it for me and I was able to get to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Thank you very much.」
