「Clean room, helpful staff, quiet location!」

「Overall stay met our needs. Friendly staff. Helpful when our card did not open our door before checkout. Cleaning staff were responsive to assist. Parking was great. Room clean and beds comfortable.」

「Great staff!」

「So this hotel is very deceiving. If you look at you'll be like um no. But if you want a clean comfortable place to stay that is extremely affordable, this is the place. The room and building is extremely dated. However the staff make sure that the room is clean and comfortable. I had no issues at all. They even have a full hot breakfast that I wasn't able to try but I'm sure it was good. I would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you so much to the staff!」

「Our stay was disappointing due to noticeable issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The first floor had a strong smell of marijuana throughout our visit. Inside the room, the walls were covered in scuffs, there were visible stains on the ceiling, and the AC/heating unit was dirty, containing debris left behind from previous maintenance or lack of cleaning. The property is in clear need of better upkeep and general repairs.」

「This was a wonderful choice for my recent trip. I had been in Tokyo for a couple of weeks, helping my son get packed up, and we needed a spot to stay for the last three nights, after he had vacated his apartment. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The dedk manager was very helpful, friendly, and spoke excellent English. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have a privacy curtain between the bedroom and the bath area. It would not matter for a married couple, but...

「The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The surroundings are very quiet and a great place to relax. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and although I made a mistake and did not have the shuttle to the airport booked correctly, one of the staff quickly arranged it for me and I was able to get to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Thank you very much.」
