"窓からスワンリバーが見えて快適でした。"

"<英語の後に日本語で記述しました> I don't remember how many times did I stay in Perth, but it was the best stay I believe. I will probably go to Perth more times, but I want to make this hotel my regular place. First of all, I really appreciated the service of the staff. I looked for a parking space to drop off my luggage, but unfortunately I could only park a little far away from the hotel front. However, the front desk staff was very polite and helped me carry my luggage and gave me detailed instructions on what to do with my luggage until check-in. It was easy to understand even for non-English speakers, and it was a great help in a hotel where I sometime feel lonely when traveling abroad. I really want to say thank you that lady staff who helped me. We also received hospitality such as welcome juice and "warm" cookies, and the hospitality was very heartwarming, and my wife and I were very impressed. The room was also great. I chose a river view room. Early time I visit Perth, I try to reserve a Swan River view room everytime, but unfotunatly they have never let me through, and I gave up and stopped taking it a few times ago. This time, I just chose a river view room, but they reserved it for me. It may be ordinaly thing that they will provide you with what you have reserved, but I finally had my first river view, and the view was great and the sunrise was very beautiful. "1月末から2週間程滞在しました。何回も利用していますが徐々に所々傷んできているようです。冷凍庫の冷えが悪くてアイスクリームが溶けてしまいました。食洗器の洗浄力が少し落ちていました。枕にまあまあの悪臭がありました。 来年もお世話になろうと思っていますので是非とも改善して頂きたいです。"

"中心部からは少し離れていますが、治安が良いので夜でも歩くのに問題は感じませんでした。 フロントの方はフレンドリーでした。 部屋も広いので過ごしやすいです。 初日は部屋にスリッパや歯ブラシはありませんでしたが、３日目には用意されていました。基本的に準備されないのか、準備忘れていたかは不明です。"

"パース駅にすぐ歩いて行けるので便利！ 新しく清潔。 繁華街にあるのである程度賑やかではあるが、セキュリティはしっかりしているので安心。"

"他の方のコメントを見て少し心配でしたが，様々な点が改善されていました。 (1)受け付け(レセプションデスク)までの階段 階段だけでなく，簡易式のリフトが整備されていたので，重い荷物でも持ち運びに苦労しませんでした。車いすが余裕で乗るサイズです(スイッチの位置が大丈夫かは不明)。 (2)キッチン回り 食器&調理器具も整備されていて，当然，洗い立てでした。以前のコメントでは食器洗い用スポンジが使いまわしだったというコメントがありましたが，そのようなことはなく新しいものが支給されていました。同様に食器拭き用のタオルやテーブル用付近も新品でした。 (3)部屋の臭い 先客の調理等に起因する臭いはなし。調理後，換気扇を回せば全く問題なし(ただしswitchの場所に注意)。 (4)ランドリー コンタクトレス式クレジットカード決済なのでコインの準備が不要。この点，助かりました。 (5)騒音 問題なし。 (6)交通の便 Perth駅から徒歩2~3分。Perth Ground駅からだと交差点渡ってすぐ。バス停も近くにあります(清潔感のあるバスで安心できました)。西オーストラリア大学行のバスが発着します。 全体的に清潔感がありよかったです。 (1)改善点 洗濯機の台数がもう少し多いと取り合いにならなくて済むかなと思いました(現状は2階と5階に洗濯機2台と乾燥機2台ずつ)。あとどこかの階に2台ずつあれば助かります。洗剤自動投入式だと助かります。 (2)WiFi 若干弱い。ただし有線LANがついているので問題はありませんでした。スマートフォンの電波も十分届きます。 (3)照明 ベッドまわりですべてコントロールできれば助かります。"
