"スタッフ皆さん親切で、快適な時間を過ごせました。 私が日本人だから感じるのかもしれないけど、室内のスリッパがあると嬉しいです。"

"RACアリーナに近いため、コンサート終わりに宿泊するのに便利だった。 大通りに面しているが、とても静かで良く眠れた（16階に宿泊） とてもモダンで綺麗な部屋だった。 シャワーのお湯の出も申し分ない。 チェックイン＆アウトの時しか会っていないが、スタッフはとてもにこやかでフレンドリーな態度で良かった。 気になったのは、冷蔵庫を開けたら水が溜まっていたこと、部屋に入ったら少し湿っぽい匂いがしたこと、ベッドサイドのランプが壊れかけでチカチカ光る状態だったことくらい。 日本人観光客へのアドバイスとして、アメニティがほとんどないので注意。あるのはボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、石鹸、タオルのみ。 オーストラリアはどこもそうだが、パジャマ類、スリッパ、歯ブラシ、メイク落とし、基礎化粧品など、日本のホテルにあるようなものは全くないので、自前で準備が必要。 あと、卓上のお菓子は有料なので食べたら精算忘れないようにお気をつけ下さい。 "

"ボディークリームがシャワールームに設置され、パウダールームにはボディーウォッシュが2つ並べられていた。数日たっても変更されないまま。余りここまではチェックされないのだろう。ミスは人にとって誰にでもあるので不便を超えない限り、オケとしている。その他はホスピタリティがよく、再度、選択したいホテルである。"

"空港から近くて便利です。部屋の位置が分かりにくかったですが、フロントで丁寧に教えてもらえました。建物は新しくはないですが内装は非常にきれいです。とても広くリラックスできました。"

"<英語の後に日本語で記述しました> I don't remember how many times did I stay in Perth, but it was the best stay I believe. I will probably go to Perth more times, but I want to make this hotel my regular place. First of all, I really appreciated the service of the staff. I looked for a parking space to drop off my luggage, but unfortunately I could only park a little far away from the hotel front. However, the front desk staff was very polite and helped me carry my luggage and gave me detailed instructions on what to do with my luggage until check-in. It was easy to understand even for non-English speakers, and it was a great help in a hotel where I sometime feel lonely when traveling abroad. I really want to say thank you that lady staff who helped me. We also received hospitality such as welcome juice and "warm" cookies, and the hospitality was very heartwarming, and my wife and I were very impressed. The room was also great. I chose a river view room. Early time I visit Perth, I try to reserve a Swan River view room everytime, but unfotunatly they have never let me through, and I gave up and stopped taking it a few times ago. This time, I just chose a river view room, but they reserved it for me. It may be ordinaly thing that they will provide you with what you have reserved, but I finally had my first river view, and the view was great and the sunrise was very beautiful. It was spacious and clean. There was a bathtub, and in the morning, I took bath while looking at the Swan River a"

"We had requested, if possible, a high-floor room with a view of the western side, and not only was our request granted, but we were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The view from the room was amazing, and it became a truly unforgettable memory for us. Even though we don’t speak much English, the staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. We would definitely love to stay here again when we come back to Perth."

"6連泊しました。 開業時にも泊まりました。30年経ち老朽化は致し方無いにしてもサービスがひどすぎます。 ボディシャンプーやハンドソープが無くなって交換をお願いしてもやってくれない。 受付に伝えても清掃員に伝わらない。ゴミは捨てない。使っていないハンドタオルをなぜか外出から戻ってきた夜に全てなくなっている。 挙げ句に、直接清掃員を捕まえて数日前から使っていたコップを洗って交換してもらえるようお願いしても、ワイングラス以外やらないと言われる始末。以前は普通にやってくれていたはずなのにどうしてここまでレベルが下がってしまったのか、とても残念です。 しかも1泊宿泊が少なくなり、HotelsCOMに電話し、調整しました、と言われたのに、現地での支払いはほぼ減額されてませんでした。 たまたま運が悪かっただけかもしれませんが、このホテルもこのサイトも使わないでしょう。"
