"Our experience with **Perth City Apartment Hotel** was by far the worst we have ever had. We booked a three-night stay through **Wotif** and had already boarded our flight when the hotel attempted to call us. As we were out of network, we only received their voicemail after landing, asking us to call back immediately. When we returned the call, we were told that we needed to pay a $300 security bond and send photo ID before arrival. This requirement was never clearly communicated during the booking process.
