「Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We recently stayed overnight at Serenity on the Terrace in Mandurah and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition. There were patches of paint all over the walls, ripped curtains, and the couch was dirty and smelt strongly of mould, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. 「The hosts were great on communication and information. The location was tops. The only thing that wasn't up to scratch was the cleanliness of the place. Suggest a deep clean rather than superficial cleaning. The Basket of goodies was a lovely touch - thank you!」

「The location of the resort and of the apartment was excellent. The beach, the pools as well as some Shops and a supermarket are very close and in walking distance. The staff was very reactive and helped within minutes. However, the apartment was not 100% clean when we arrived and some parts should be renovated. 」
