The property itself was a nice property, I woukd say great but was missing light globes in the bedroom, had wet towels in the washing machine and linen in the dryer and the bathroom and kitchen were not as clean as you would expect. "Came over from Brisbane to surprise a family friend for her 90th Birthday. Needed a 2 bedroom & 2 x bathroom which are hard to come by for only 2 nights. Brina was easy to communicate with & we arrived late in the evening so was an easy self checkin. Accommodation was in an excellent position so easy to get around & caught the train down to Mandurah"

The kitchen is extremely well equipped, there is nothing lacking. Extra things that makes your stay easier. "The house was very comfortable particularly the beds. All the amenities were there. So we were very pleased overall. However The couch in the tv rooom is very worn. and the tv is very slow to respond to the remote. We would have liked to have two keys for entrance to the house. The garden and outdoor areas were a real let down. Plants are dead or dying, lots of old pots left around, Nothing was swept up and there was an old carcase of a dead bird on the paving."
