「The location is good for the downtown area and the instructions for access were good and undercover parking. The unit is comfortable with 2 beds and 2 baths. Downside - The TV does not work no matter what you try - It says no signal. Air con is noisy and old looking in the lounge. There are no air cons in the bedrooms. Small floor fans in the bedrooms are quite noisy. There are random food and personal cleaning products in the kitchen and bathrooms - probably from other guests. A window cleaner...

「The property size and location was fine. However the air conditioning main unit was not working due to infestation by pigeons. This was pure neglect and further hampered by dispute over access. It took three weeks out of our four week holiday to resolve. Both building management and Stay z mana were at fault. Substantial compensation is due.」

「The house was very comfortable particularly the beds. All the amenities were there. So we were very pleased overall. However The couch in the tv rooom is very worn. and the tv is very slow to respond to the remote. We would have liked to have two keys for entrance to the house. The garden and outdoor areas were a real let down. Plants are dead or dying, lots of old pots left around, Nothing was swept up and there was an old carcase of a dead bird on the paving.」
