「The Windsong was great! We had a fantastic time. The people were all very friendly and happy to assist us, from the check-in to the restaurant and bars to the beach crew. Our room was huge and had a great view. We loved how close the beach was and that the “toys” were all available to us to use. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and in the rooftop bar, too. The only recommendation I have would be to maybe have some group events for the guests like a beach volleyball game or something so we could...

「Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.」

「beautiful property! the room is always kept clean and looks so luxurious. very comfortable and spacious, can’t complain about the room at all. the pools and the beach were amazing. very quiet and clean outside as well. the water at the beach was crystal clear. food on property is good too, the coffee is tasty. there’s a convenience store on the property, tennis court and bike rentals. everything is walking distance from the hotel as well. the hotel staff is very friendly and very welcoming. made...
