「Our host treated us like family! Even though we arrived past dark, he was there at the curbside to greet us and carry in our luggage. He even served as our transportation letting us give him a call to pick us up and drop us off wherever needed. The whole island felt so warm and welcoming. Everyone seems to know everyone, and they looked out for us. They honk and wave in friendly greeting every time they pass each other. 「Loved the location and the staff. Everyone from the office to restaurant was very welcoming and accommodating. Good food and drinks. The little foot wash basins outside the unit were great. The only thing that was tough about Grand Turk (not the hotel's fault) is that the few attractions operate apparently only for the cruise ship guests. They close down once those groups leave. We missed the National Museum one day and the next day were kicked out when they decided to close......」

「Super cute and clean little home. Fay was so easy to get a hold of with any questions…. About anything and wasn’t at all annoyed about it. Lol very helpful. I was worried about not having AC but the large fans on the ceilings kept things nice and cool. The outdoor space is a huge bonus. It is a good trek to the grocery store and the beach so rent bikes for transport. That was really easy to do and got us where ever we wanted to go. I would 100% recommend this home for your stay. In comparison...

「Awesome spot and my preferred place to stay 」

「The location of this condo was perfect for us. It’s out of the way but with the island so small nothing is more than 10-15 minutes away. The condo was clean and our host was friendly and always responsive. The a/c is in the bedroom and works great for sleeping. We had no issues as the condo cools down in the evenings with the windows open. All appliances worked great and the gazebo was peaceful in the mornings. 」

「Faith and Ed are wonderful hosts and simply put, kind people. They were full of suggestions and took a vested interest in making the stay pleasurable. The car allows guests to explore the small island at their leisure. If you are a diver, make sure to prebook your dives as the island only has one dive shop post-COVID.」

「Fay's place is absolutely stunning. We also had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beach is a 15-20 minutes walk from Fay's. Our host communicated with us making sure we were ok and answered all of our questions without delay. If you are looking for a nice and quiet vacation, we definetely recommend this beautiful place!」

「The power went out a few times, but the host did everything they could possibly do to get it back up and going the place was very clean and tidy, and the host was also very cooperative and understanding, especially with this storm situation. Thank you very much for having me, I look forward to staying with you guys again in the futureAlso, the Internet was so much better this time around one thing I might suggest is probably getting a AC unit or something of that sort in the extra living room...

「This is a very quiet and beautiful property. Plenty of space for my family of 5. Pictures are spot on and the host was very helpful and responsive. We didn’t use the beach that was within walking distance of the property as we drove to Governor’s Beach. 」

「Beautiful hotel! Definitely my hotel of choice in Grand Turk. I’ve been taking staycations here recently and it’s always a good time. The owners of the hotel are very hospitable and I really appreciate that. I had an emergency during my stay and ended up at the hospital. Far enough away from the ‘main drag’ for peace and quiet but also close enough to be within just a few minutes of walking distance to the restaurants, local attractions, etc. Would definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for clean and simple amenities. 」
