「Looks exactly like the pictures, communication could be better at times they don’t have the lobby open due to staffing issues relief and concierge service which is understandable but there’s food services amazing cuisine and friendly staff.everything is walking distance!」

「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...
