タークスカイコス諸島 ホテル

「The communication between the staff and guest are not great, the food selection was horrible, we had to eat out majority of the times. I wouldn’t go back to this place.」

「Amazing hotel! Beautiful spacious rooms that are modern! Helpful staff! Loved the pool !」

「We recently stayed at Windsong on the Reef for our family vacation in Turks and Caicos. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the stunning turquoise waters of Grace Bay. One of the highlights is the amazing snorkeling right off the beach, which makes this hotel such a special place to stay. The resort has a peaceful, intimate atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy quality time with family. The natural beauty of the...

「Wonderful small quiet resort. Helpful staff and beautiful grounds, pool, beach, and ocean. Recommend!」

「The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.」

「The doors for the bathroom and shower are shared and rather awkward. They dont fully close on one side either (Shower).」

「部屋もプールも海も素敵でした」

「Wonderful!」

And Artie, our driver, was just as warm and friendly as he could be. The view from our villa was disappointing. As this is a terrible time of year for the Atlantic Ocean. Tons of seaweed. But have no fear, the other side of the island is a different ocean that is as clear and beautiful as humanly possible. The food is amazing. The staff was...

The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received. We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe...

「As soon as we arrived to the hotel the staff was beyond welcoming — They upgraded our room without asking, the room was beautiful, clean and modern - everyday housekeeping - good amenities with 2 pools the spa was great —-the food was good not the best could be improved but mostly the service was beyond impeccable from front desk to housekeeping everyone was happy and seemed to love their jobs — with any inquiry or modification we had, they went above and beyond - airport shuttle service and...
