タウン オブ スウェーデン ホテル

「Adorable, cozy and immaculate. Staff were very polite and helpful. A real gem.」

「This is our third time staying here while on a college visit and it has been perfect.」

「We arrived later in the evening, and I do want to say that the gentleman working the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating throughout the situation. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself was very concerning. The exterior doors were left unsecured, allowing anyone to enter the building. The parking lot was littered with trash, and it appeared that someone was living near one of the entrances at the bottom of the stairwell. The entire building also smelled strongly of...

「Clean and quiet」

「We did not stay over. We drove in and took one look around and left. Unfortunately, this is a very scary place not meant for a family. I knew it was an inexpensive motel when we reserved (absolutely nothing else in the area was available) however, what we saw was shocking. The man working the desk was nice enough to process a refund as we weren't there 5 minutes. Didn't make it to the rooms. Drove another 45 minutes out of town to get to another hotel.」

「Great」

「Quiet and comfortable」

「Stayed 4 nights and did not have my room cleaned once. I even asked for extra wash cloths and said I made my bed just exchange towels. When I got back that evening nothing was done had to go get clean towels to take shower.」

「Hotel was very clean. Staff was absolutely fabulous. Breakfast not great. But everything else was top notch. We would stay there again.」

「We were greeted and helped by very friendly man and woman upon check in. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a really good buffet breakfast for a hotel!」

「The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.」

「Cute and comfortable room with access to kitchenette. Great communication from host. Close to Erie canalway trail.」
