「This was a great place! Very clean, spacious, lots of thoughtful amenities like a coffee bar, games to play, and the tray with cocktail making stuff. It also comes with a parking space. This location is close to several good restaurants, next to the Genesee River, close to the Play Museum, and near the Blue Cross Arena. The entry off the alley makes one question the place, BUT the apartment is fantastic. We hope to rent it again.」

「Had a great stay and would stay again. Only think was parking on Saturday night due to an event. But was a quiet neighborhood. Host was very friendly and answered quickly.」

「We were in the area to see my daughter play college athletics. Love being this close to the Lake. Beach was amazing . Beach access just a few houses away.House was just as pictured. Comfortable with everything you would need. Was surprised there wasn't any shampoo and soap in the shower but I knew there was a store close by. Communication and access was very easy. 」

「Not a safe neighborhood, building did not feel secure. The front door did not feel secure and opened directly into the bedroom. The place is the definition of lipstick on a pig.」
