「Responsive host, clean property. A little bit noisy with the downstairs neighbors, but you're in the middle of a city. Noise is expected. There was a small mix-up with the entrance being inside the fence, but it was quickly resolved.」

「The apartment was very clean and was lovely. The location was close to many restaurants and to the Farmers Market. The surrounding area is beautiful. The Hudson River runs behind the house and this apartment has a view to it. The maintenance man was very friendly as well. The hosts communicated awesomely with us and was very involved in ensuring our stay was pleasant and our needs...

「Found this gem on a whim after deciding on last minute plans to a show nearby. Perfect location and the room is exactly as pictured! Modern, cozy and safe. After show drinks at Ilium and late night Herbies Burgers across the street were such an added bonus! Will definitely be returning!」

「The property was clean with a spacious living room. We had no problems parking on the street or accessing anything we needed.」

「Great experience all around.」

「I really enjoyed my stay here! James is communicative/responsive and makes check-in and departure easy. The property is in a vintage house; it has the perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm. They had wine and mints out to welcome me. The kitchen had everything I needed, and everything was clean.」

「There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the pool loved fishing in the pond. Everything was as described. Definitely a great place to rent.」
