This place was extremely comfortable. The staff were courteous and professional. Despite being near the thruway, it was absolutely peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise. Big clean comfy rooms. 10/10 highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again

Room was clean as was the lobby and breakfast area. Rooms are well insulated for sound. The people next to us were being very loud from the time I checked in (9:15) through when I fell asleep (11:45) you were able to hear them as soon as you entered the hallway (20 rooms away) as I got to my room it became evident they were in the very next room and the dread set in. Once I entered the room the sound was surprisingly very muffled. Probably a fluke occurrence but our room did not have working heat. I sleep with the thermostat at 65 and the room was 63 so it was tolerable, but to most people it would have been too cold. Despite these two factors i still had a relatively pleasant stay all things considered and would stay again. Solid value for the price

I have stayed at this particular hotel 4 times now, every time, the hotel lobby and the room were neat, clean and orderly. The desk staff has always been polite. Even when ive arrived later at night. During this stay i did have some noisey neighbors across the hall and i could hear them pretty well but usually its quiet and comfortable.

It was a very wonderful hotel it was close to Albany Medical Center our son had to go for surgery and the hotel had wonderful pool hot tub the rooms were completely comfortable was staff was so nice friendly and everyone was so helpful with questions

The check in went very smoothly and the staff very friendly. So far, the accommodation/amenities were fine. If there was one dent, when walking the hallway, some of the lightbulbs were hanging loose rather than a fixed to their area in the ceiling or wall.
