Nestled on a private 5 acres lot on the border of NY and Vermont this home is in the country but close to all the amenities. Just 30-60 minutes from several ski areas. This charming home provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The night sky perfect for stargazing. Take your morning coffee and sit on the back deck to watch the deer and wildlife wander in the fields behind the home or enjoy the cows across the meadow. Enjoy a quiet evening by the fire in the woodstove after a long day on the slopes or soak away the cares of the day in a hot bath in the oversize soaking tub!
65" Flat screen TV in the living room, 40" TV in master and 32" TV in the 2nd bedroom as well. Bring your streaming services and enjoy all your favorites!
We have installed a 24x40 ft gated pet yard for your furry friends to come along and have safe and secure off leash time too!
Stay cool in the summer in the Central air conditioning. New HVAC installed Nov 2022!
Grocery shopping in Bennington offers Price Chopper, Hannaford and Walmart for options. Fast food, gas and other shopping within 7-10 minutes drive.
Master bedroom has New King Size bed and ensuite bath with large soaking tub and separate shower.
Second Bedroom with Queen bed
Third Bedroom with twin bed.
Second bath with tub/shower is shared by the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms.
Washer and dryer available for use.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary tools to make meals. A Blender, KitchenAid Mixer to whip up your favorite baked goods, Plenty of baking tools and pans, Crock pot for those yummy meals to cook while you explore or ski, a coffee pot and a keurig brewer with stock of K-Cups supplied by Engine 3 Coffee! New air fryer added 12/2023. All Stainless appliances including a New Stainless french door refrigerator with ice maker 12/2023.
Children's Stroller available to use as well as a changing table and a pack-n-play sleeper in the twin bedroom.

Peaceful Quite Getaway on the boarder of NY,VT,Ms

This VRBO was stocked to the brim with everything you would need. It was on the boarder of three different states , nestled on five acres of private property. It was the perfect private weekend getaway . Highly recommend for any family looking for a ski trip. The host responded to anything we needed immediately. We will definitely be back, 5 out of 5.

This is a beautiful spot. It is close to Bennington Vermont for museums, shopping, dining and far enough away to be just a nice place to sit on the porch and look at the lovely mountains or watch birds. Well set up for a rental.

Stayed for a couple nights to attend a wedding. The yard was well kept and had more than enough space to allow our pups to tire themselves out repeatedly. Perfect place for the while family.

A nice place to spend a cold Winter’s night..

Clean, fully equipped and private set up on a hill, yet a mile from the state road for easy access to all there is in the area. Visit the Clarke, Mass MOCA and the Bennington Museum. Hike the Bennington Battlefield and Prispect Rock outside of Manchester. Grab lunch at the Blue Benn or pick up fresh eggs and meat to enjoy breakfast for dinner by the wood stove. Thanks to Dee - a great host.

Relaxing spot with lots of room

Stayed here with my wife and our 2-year old daughter. Looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle and stretch out, and this property afforded us that. Quiet spot in the hills of upstate New York. Visited nearby Bennington, Vermont and parks like Grafton Lake State Park (>30 mins away). Good restaurants in the area such as Brown's Brewing Company and Man of Kent Tavern. Thanks for a quiet, peaceful getaway!

Remote and relaxing

Our family needed a getaway in the beautiful Berkshires. The foliage was absolutely stunning! This home was clean and in a great location. We were able to go to Vermont and Williamstown in no time. The property has gorgeous trees and incredible views. We sat in the living room every evening watching the crackling fire. We do not get this luxury in the city.

We were SO comfortable. The mattress was comfortable and bedding Warm! Thanks for providing the humidifier and blender and wood for the stove! That made it just like home for us! We are regular yearly attendees at NEBC and feel that we have found our home away!!

Hoosick Falls Hidden Treasure

The house was super clean with the most beautiful view! Hidden in a "woods like" atmosphere with lots of room outside to play. Our two dogs had plenty of outside area to chase balls, etc. The cow pasture across the street was amazing! It was 10 minutes from Hoosac School where we attended a Memorial Service for a close friend. Would love to go back and do some local hiking!
