"The cottage we stayed in was adorable with our own little porch. John was so welcoming. The food for breakfast looked amazing even though we didn’t have the chance to eat. They offer thoughtful touches like a s’mores set up for you if you want to sit by the fire pit and fresh cookies to take during the day. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are in Cooperstown. "

"Location location it’s everything. The basics Dated room, tiny TV ..bring your own TP and towels as they are rather thin and small. Like staying at a Red roof in but close to everything. Would we stay here again? Probably Go to Cooley’s and Doubleday for breakfast "

"This is a renovated 150 year old home. One bedroom is down and 3 up a very steep and shallow stair case. Check in and out was easy, we loved the lovely little porch area. It is not more than 100 feet from a general store and a charming restaurant with excellent food. It is about a 10 minute drive to the baseball HOF."
