「The property manager was very helpful. The price is reasonable 」

「Loved our stay at Sara Glen. We felt very welcomed at check-in. The only downside was that the room felt outdated and smelled "old".」

「Host was extremely helpful, kind, and quick to respond. The house was clean and fully stocked. The location is right near some restaurants and a grocery store, making it easy to go out and grab something quick. We will definitely be coming back! 」

「Pictures looked cute, but home was more dated than shown. Only 3 towels in the entire house and no additional linen as stated. House was semi-clean at initial check-in, but many areas were untouched (Ceiling fan blades as in the photo for example). Furniture not very comfortable. We needed a pet-friendly place in a hurry that was relatively inexpensive for a short time so we picked this one, but had it not been for other circumstances and already paying for it - we would have left to find...

「We had a very good family vacation. House and bedrooms fit was well. We were very appreciative you took care of the bees. The air conditioning on the one side of the house needs to be addressed. House was 77 78 eventually came down later in the evening. The pool was fantastic and very well maintained. Thank you very much」

「There was nothing nice about my room . I had to go buy clean sheets for my bed . I went got cleaners to clean my room . The floor was not swept at all . It was just a nasty room . 」

「We had to wait a hour to check in because the room wasn’t ready at 4pm which is the check in time. The treehouse in the waterpark was broken down. The grill in the water park did not have any of the menu items I tried to order. The bathrooms in the lobby and the waterpark were dirty. Our room smelled like vomit. 」

「We love the Queensbury....we stay there every time we go to the Saratoga/Glens Falls area. The staff is great, the food is delicious and the hotel is gorgeous!」

「As for the general ambiance of the Hotel, it was great BUT, in terms of NOISE it was very disappointing : surrounding noise, people shouting in corridors starting 7:00 AM . The overall issue was the location of the room we were given : aside/in-front of elevators, beside the main backdoor entrance, near vending & Ice machines ! Its not the 1st time we experience this issue but it always happen when we book through Expedia !?! So, If you can afford an extra amount of $, I advise you to book...
