"We got with the host very last minute after our previous rental had issues and what a difference this made for our trip. Quick response time, incredibly kind and accommodating! The space was cozy yet modern and everything we were needing. We can't wait to come back and stay longer!"

"This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. There are two window AC units in the house (not counting the suite, which we did not use), located in two of the upstairs bedrooms. There are ceiling and/or portable box fans, as well. This was sufficient for our group with the weather we had, but be aware that not every bedroom (or other areas of the home) has (have) AC.Would stay again with a similar group size if coming back to this area. We had a wonderful time here."
