タウン オブ グリーンバーグ ホテル

「The facility is beautiful and the staff is helpful. But to get from one place to another you’re forced to climb hills and stairs and it’s very confusing and physically arduous to navigate. The staff doesn’t even know there is an elevator, though to be honest it doesn’t mean you’re not still climbing stairs. They did a wonderful job with the event I attended, but I would never stay there again.」

「Friendly Hotel Staff and Nice Free Breakfast. Located in convenient area to Restaurants and the Fun Town of Sleepy Hollow. Nice room with Refrigerator and Microwave which is a Plus. Very Clean room too.」

「Ok」

「For a quick overnight you can't go wrong. Listed as a hotel now but clearly was a motel at one point. You can see renovations have been done to the rooms. The one I had did have gaps between the door and frame. Makes me wonder how it would be on an extremely cold night. But this was a nice place to stay and see the efforts put in to make it just that.」

「The Hilton fraudulently charged me 250$ for a smoking fee: UNTRUE. When I tried to complain, they showed me a photo of a pack of cigarettes in my room. I do smoke but never, l ever smoked inside the room. This si not only fraudulent but a violation fo privacy. When I complained and requested to speak to management to dispute the fraudulent charge, they called the Police. Even the Police agreed with me and gave me advice to be refunded. Shame on the Hilton. I was a member and will never go back...

「全体的にダーティ。安かろう悪かろう。」

「It's very good !」

「Very unpleasant service, which requires a basic training by a company. 」

「Flooring was separating with gaps so you had to watch how you stepped in order to not catch your toes.. people in the next room decided to have a loud argument from 2 - 5 am.. not the falt of staff.. wrong place at the wrong time」

「It was a fraude. You pay but property Is not to rent. I lost my money.」

「Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. 」
