「What a great house! We needed a spot in between Buffalo, NY and Worcester, MA to get together and this was perfect. Great space for gathering together with plenty of sleeping options for 8 people. Clean and open. I only didn't give it 5 stars because the beautiful house seemed a bit out of place with the neighborhood but honestly, it was perfect for us for a winter get together. No issues at all and host was responsive. 」

「Overall, the place was clean.Some dead bugs and bees here and there, but it really is a "barn" so it was all good.Some clarification was needed regarding the bed spaces..but the hosts were very accommodating.The place was cozy and huge. Everyone loved the location. The hosts definitely respond in a timely manner. We had a great time and would stay again in the future.」

「The view here is beautiful. The indoor and outdoor pools are wonderful. Our room was spacious, very clean and had very comfortable beds. Jennifer, in the office was so helpful. We definitely want to return here!」

「very nice family with a small motel. the room was comfortable and clean. very in the off season, the winter hot water took a while to get hot but once it did it was fine. i like staying at family owned places. close to where i needed to be. 」

「Great location to visit Cooperstown. The suite /apartment was great! Just wish it had essentials such as can opener, baking sheet, and a better coffee pot. In addition, we were unaware that the location had stairs. Not handicap accessible. We have a daughter who is non ambulatory and had to carry her up and down the stairs.」

「Austin is the best host a traveler can have. Helped with bags, did laundry and good breakfast. Only negative is the internet is very slow and I’m sure Austin will get that taken care of.」

「Perfectly clean room, excellent room rate, easy check-in experience, new fixtures in the bathroom, and a larger than usual mini-fridge. We would certainly stay here again! The manager allowed us to check-in a few hours early to freshen-up before attending a funeral, and then she waived the early check-in fee - CLASSY LADY!!」

「Sketchy people living there」

「I reserved a room in April for June 6 and 7. We get the 15 minutes after check in time and told there are no rooms. I told the lady I had a reservation and she says "no room". We did this a few times figuring she thought I was looking to book. Getting frustrated, I went back to my car to show her the reservation confirmation. That's when I see an email from Expedia saying they can't accommodate me. The email was sent about 20 minutes before check in time. This is the second year in a row...
