The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. "The breakfast was fresh, but the menu never changed. When we arrived, the water wasn't working in the whole hotel, and we weren't told that until AFTER we paid for the room. That was the case with some other guests as well. The rooms were cleaned only upon request. The drainage in the shower was AWFUL. The parking garage didn't feel safe as there were no barrier gates or doors to keep walkers from the street coming in and stealing and possibly mugging some folks. The hotel staff didn't seem confident or comfortable talking to guests and answering simple questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. "
