"The hotel room is kinda creepy when you get inside and the room is on the basement as well as the cr is kinda dirty. The aircon cannot control by the guests that’s why mostly of our stay the temperature from the aircon is really hot we even sweat while sleeping because it’s too hot. But the hotel stuff are approachable in any way."

"Room was clean and comfortable, with Smart TV. Wifi connection was good. Bathroom was always clean, shower nice and hot, Japanese auto-toilet etc. Staff were always very nice to me when i interacted with them. However, i have to only give 4 stars, as i do not like self-check in, and encountered problems upon arriving at 01:00am... and on a weekend the noise pollution is especially loud with those selfish few guests that cannot control themselves through the night. "The location of the hotel is convenient, near to 3 MRT stations and in a safe area. Not so crowded, too. The room we were given is big, clean, and very cozy. Though the bathroom’s a bit small, it’s clean and stocked with bath essentials and toiletries. But what really made us enjoy the hotel are staff — they were really great and helpful, specially Rene the receptionist and the room attendant! They even offered us to check-in early since the room is already vacant. It is very much appreciated, Ms. Rene! "
