「Stayed here several times, great hotel, location and staff 」

「the free upgrade was very much appreciated All the staff were amazing the free drinks and packet of chocs in the room were a welcome surprise especially as it was a birthday break . However the meal in the attached restaurant was disappointing both taste and cost wise the and the drinks were too expensive 」

「This was our first stay at this hotel and we were both impressed the parking and access are very good and the overall presentation is of a high standard we were greeted by Ian who is a really nice gentleman who had time to chat to us the rooms are really nice although the room we stayed in (116) was a little dated and a bit tatty around the edges but nothing that would put us off staying again the room was quiet and peaceful with a nice bed and linen and the shower was nice and hot with the...

「The hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations that make it feel even cosier and more inviting. The staff were really friendly, professional & welcoming. The room was a good size and clean and well presented, as was the bathroom. The bar area was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere. Only one issue during the visit. The breakfast sandwiches were in stotties that seemed a bit stale. We didn’t feed this back at the time, which I now realise was unfair. Apologies.」
