「Strange smell in hallways and room. Shower backed up terrible. You stood in deep water. Gross.」

「We were caught off guard as we thought this was a typical hotel. It was run more like an air b&b. You get a code to the main entrance and your room. Our room was a bit difficult to find as we had to go down, then past a bar and the gym before entering another locked door to access our room. Our room was nicely decorated and clean, but we surprised by the waterbed. And the barn door that covers either the bathroom or the shower - and the glass shower didn’t have a door. 「The rooms were clean but we arrived in the evening and the amount of lights attracting bugs lead to a lot of bugs getting into the room. The stairwell to the 2nd floor also had a very overpowering cat or dog fecal smell.」

「The bathroom was really clean! I loved the mix of old tiles and modern shower. Check in instructions were helpful but a tad complicated. Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions. The room was charming but could really benefit with some updated bedding - sort of like the bathroom - having the old charm of the house but updated elements. The room was stuffy but one call to...

「Our state was good the staff was nice but while we were there they didn't come in and clean our room and we couldn't figure out how to get the heater working but then we finally figured it out other than that not bad」
