A basic motor lodge. An obviously older wooden building. There are new doors and windows, wifi, DirecTV and well maintained rooms. Clean, hot water, heat and ac plus a comfortable bed. Again, a basic motor lodge without the big chain motel prices.

Bing’s popped up on search for an inexpensive stopover during a drive to DC. Obviously not “fancy” but entirely adequate. Room was clean, towels were fresh and the wifi worked well. Fridge, microwave and A/C! What more could you need?

Good for somewhere to sleep

Best thing about the room? The bed was super comfy! This is a basic room with fridge, microwave, tv, and small hair dryer. Apparently the plumbing had been worked on and not run since then so the water was coming out spitting and brown. I called the front desk and they said just to run it and it would clear up. It did, but I'm thinking maybe they should have done that already so the customer doesn't have to when all they want to do is take a nice hot shower when they get in. There was also a very soft spot in the floor. Overall, I got what I paid for... a place to sleep. Check-in/out was super easy, the bed was super comfy, area was quiet.

It was standard as a hotel could be! Owner/Manager was fast on his job, and helped with a spare key when we left our key in the hotel room. Would say that big ac in the room 110 is insanely load but kept the room perfect during the winter. Also bathroom door tight so squeaks load too. Either way it was a nice stay and will see us again.

Nice accommodations for the price

This motel offered clean accommodations at a budget price. The location is a bit off the beaten track and not too close to eating establishments. There is a grocery store about two miles away. The person who checked me was pleasant. I felt safe on the property as a solo woman traveller.

The water wasn't operating and we had to be moved to the Budget Inn. The tv didn't work at the Inn so we couldn't watch the Lions game. However the front desk manager was great in getting us situated.

The rooms were misty smelling. The shelf in the bathroom was ready to fall. The toilet was crooked. The water was dirty. Couldn't shower the two days I stayed. If I had the money I would have left and went somewhere else. Definitely will not be atay there again. Will not recommend it to anyone.
