「Our room was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. There was abundant parking and the lot was well lit. Breakfast was nice but could have been warmer. Neither room key worked well but we eventually got them to work.」

「A couple of mistakes were made about our reservations. The sofa bed my children slept in had crumbs and trash on it. The pillows and sheets were stained. Very helpful staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to me and my family during our 5 day stay.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room were clean. The bed had a dial that could make the mattress a little softer, which was very nice. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub which was clean and in good working order. The staff was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed having a continental breakfast. My only recommendation would be for the hotel to hire a breakfast attendant. 「Everything was great except the pool. We were looking forward to enjoying the adult only hour but there were several routy kids from 3 different parties there. The front desk told me I should have come up there and they would have sent security. I'm not going to the front desk in my wet bathing suit, freezing cold. They should have security routinely check out the pool at 9:00 or 9:15.」
