「Although the meal in the restaurant in the evening was very good. The breakfast was very poor. The ingredients was of a very poor quality. Cereals were sub standard. As for the main breakfast, hash browns, bacon, baked beans were absolutely shocking. The bacon itself was barely cooked and the eggs were very similar. On top of this the plates were stone cold. When l asked the waiter why, he challenged the chef who hadn’t put the warmer draw on. Even the fruit juice was totally tasteless.」

「We booked a superior king room room very spacious but very dark overlooking the car park so would book privilege room if we go again. Food was lovely both evening meal and breakfast. Again the bar overlooking the car park such a shame, we still had a lovely time and would return」

「Basic hotel, but clean room and comfortable bed. Staff really friendly and helpful. Stay included breakfast, but limited really to takeaway style bags in which to take your choices to your room, or sit at small tables in reception. Would probably give it a miss if staying again. Location is in the middle of large industrial estate, so whilst its cheap, and ok just to put your head down for a night or two, it is limited in what it can offer to tourists.」

「The hotel itself was excellent, as were the staff. The attached restaurant however, was atrocious. The service was practically non existent. We had tea and (very nice) cake there in the afternoon (eventually), and when we turned up for breakfast the next morning, our tea dishes were still on the table. At dinner time we sat for fifteen minutes before having to go and find someone to take our order. Frozen chips took a hour to arrive. In the morning, despite arriving 15mins after breakfast was...

「We had a lovely stay at the Kingsmere guesthouse. It was clean and spacious and good value for money . The location was great . It was just a 5 min walk to the sea front . Highly recommend」
