「We booked online and still had to wait 20min to check in because there was problems with bookings. The person checking us in said we can wait in the bar while he help othere guests but there was no one to help us.There was no hot water at that stage but someone was busy fixing it. The place was nice and clean when we arrived but the light in the bathroom was not working the ac was very loud the TV didn't work. Everything we left the room the key card didn't work. 「Air conditioning taped together and not cooling, linens were dirty and couldn’t get swapped out. Asked for garbage and towels to be switched and was told they didn’t have time. They have not tried to fix, and never cleaned or gave new towels over 4 days stay. Find a different hotel in Pierre」

「Our kids really liked the slide in the pool area. Our microwave didn't work in the room. The breakfast was included, but a little lacking.」

「We reserved a room at the last the minute and did not get there until 8 at night. For the price, it was fine. The hotel was older and in the process of some remodeling. The room was clean and everything worked. We skipped the hot tub, since the water was only filled about halfway ... OK for the price.」

「Beautiful hotel, great staff, great location. We loved the fresh baked cookies in the evenings. There is a nice kitchenette with full size fridge, 2 burner stove, sink, and microwave. Unfortunately, they do not provide cookware, dishes, glassware, or flatware. That was disappointing since we planned on cooking breakfast there. We ended up with microwaved breakfast biscuits.」
