「1st time staying at this hotel. The only positive feedback to share is there is friendly staff. The check in process was awful. Rooms were not ready for hours after 4pm, many people trying to check in and rooms were not cleaned/ready on time. Very unorganized and a stressful way to start a vacation. Check in the room, not clean, dirty and not fully ready. Long hair in the bed, bathroom sink not cleaned, etc. Had to go back downstairs for toiletries. The room was old and dirty. 「My family and I stayed at this resort and plan to visit again! The room was extremely clean, spacious with a full kitchen and separate living room overlooking the ocean. The resort had heated indoor pools, lazy river and hot tub that we took advantage of, and the outdoor pool had a large area with lots of loungers. It was perfectly located and the staff were very friendly!」
