「After 40 years in hospitality I have to share that Omni gets it right! Every single staff member greeted us with a smile and willingness to make our day better. The housekeeping staff went beyond to fix a problem caused by my family and did so quickly, thoroughly and kindly. Can’t praise them enough!!
