「There was a dead roach on our tv stand, I found it as we were leaving. There were spots that were not clean throughout. The staff were all kind and attentive. 」

「The place over all is very nice the staff is good the room was clean. The biggest problem we had was getting checked in did not appear to have much order and our room wasn't ready at 4:00 o'clock so they said it would be ready in about an hour and they would text us when ready I never got a text so there is no telling when my room was ready, I also heard several other issues on checking in other then that we didn't have any trouble 」

「We stayed for four nights and had a wonderful stay. The reviews had me a little worried but we really had no issues. On our last day, there was some very rowdy and rough boys in the indoor pool without supervision but the security guard (a lady, I didn’t catch her name) was WONDERFUL about handling the situation. She made our time at the pool much more enjoyable. Staff was incredible. The man who checked us in was very helpful and friendly as well. The Italian Ice was great. Sharkey’s was okay,...

「Overall we had a great time! Friendly staff, water amenities were great along with the pool side bar. CONS: parking setup awful, not easily accessible - across the street. Check-in was chaotic (extremely busy, however staff still friendly!) WiFi was a little spotty.」
