"The room was nice and clean. We stayed in the 18th floor and could see the ocean from it (even thou the building is a few blocks from the beach). My son slept in a side sofá, which was ok. Breakfast is a little extra but it was worthy and it is cheaper if you buy in advance. All staff was helpful and well-trained. Location is also nice, close to a mall and to Santos’ gastronomic street, with many options of restaurants and convenience stores. Overall we had a good stay and would come back. "

"Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Loved my executive room though i didnt have a great view (i had to keep the curtains closed because my room faced the mall). Excellent service and the food i ordered via the room service menu was delicious. Breakfast was also wonderful."

"We had an awesome stay @the Radisson. The staff provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived in the Uber. The luggages were immediately removed by their staff and placed on a carrier which was taken up to our room immediately after we completed our check in.
The rooms were very nice, clean and the beds were SUPER comfortable! They have pools with awesome views of the city.

"Ricardo at the night front desk was friendly and helpful. Also there was a doorman also named Ricardo who was friendly. Stayed with 2 kids so the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. They also have a playground the kids enjoyed. Right next to Oscar street for food and shopping. Super market 1 block away. Safe area. They have free access to laundry machines also which was convenient."
