"The room was lovely overlooking green hill side with sheep,breakfast was good freshly cooked to perfection staff were ok but didn’t go above and beyond in the coffee area it was a little dark and dinghy and lacked sound proofing there is a dinning area which is bright and quite luxurious but wasn’t allowed in that area for coffees which was disappointing "

"Are home away from home for 8days! Absolutely amazing staff who made us feel very welcomed. The most delicious food and drinks. The overall atmosphere of the countryside was breathtaking and so peaceful."

"The Den was a great place to stay while my wife, daughter and I were visiting friends in Rochdale and Prestwich. Paul was a great host, and provided everything we required for our two year old daughter to make our stay a home from home. Would definitely stay again."

"The less said the better. Hostel would be a compliment, no hot water, terrible smell of dampness, used as a homeless shelter through covid. Thankfully Hotels.com moved me into a nicer hotel - complimentary for the second night. Do not book here if on a business trip. "
