「The staff were very friendly throughout and went beyond basic requirements to make our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Very friendly and free with good ideas. We really felt special and at home.」

「Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a disabled access which was great. Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient. Breakfast was fantastic good quality and freshly made.」

「First: no elevator to the 1st landing. Difficult with major luggage. I specifically stayed here because it advertised as “self parking” and then I had to pay. Simon, the front desk receptionist was most helpful and kind. The restaurant was good and convenient and the wait staff was fabulous.」
