This year was the first time I was disappointed as I had no TV for my whole stay as they couldnt fix it. "I was only in Bochum for a concert. The hotel seems rather new, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. I didn't know the red-light district was a block away, but there is no noise or spillover from that area. The breakfast is advertised as environmentally sustainable. It's a bit overpriced, but there are not a lot of breakfast options nearby. It's close to the shopping districts and a couple good breweries. They also sell alcohol in the lobby, reasonably priced."
